Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The room service delivery person was professional and friendly. The food came QUICK and it was the BEST room service food we have ever had and we travel extensively. We ordered steak & eggs and an omelet ( 24-hr breakfast) with minimal expectations. After a long day we opted for room service dinner.
Unfortunately, Bobby went on lunch break and we were completely ignored by the other employees for 35 minutes until we actually called someone over to wait on us. He really stayed on top of things and made sure we had a fresh drink before we even knew we needed one. She left us in good hands when Bobby took over. She was attentive and provided great service. Spent about 8 hours in the casino mostly sitting at the Mardi Gras bar.
